Known for its large estate properties, detached houses in King Township saw a 7% year-on-year increase in March, with the average price reaching nearly $2.48 million. Moreover, transaction volume for detached houses surged by 85%.

Townhouses and condominiums in King Township represent niche segments. In March, the average prices for townhouses and condos were $1.35 million and $550,000, respectively.
