In June, the average home price in Burlington decreased by 1% year-over-year, with transaction volume shrinking by 21%.

By category, detached houses saw a 4% year-over-year increase in average prices and a 2% increase month-over-month. Semi-detached houses experienced a 15% year-over-year decrease in average prices, while townhouses increased by 3% and condos maintained stable year-over-year prices while increased by 6% from the previous month.

In terms of transaction volume, all categories of homes in Burlington saw declines of over 30% in June.

In April, the overall average property price in Burlington remained unchanged compared to the previous year, with an increase of 8% in transaction volume compared to the same period last year.

Looking at different categories, the average price of detached houses in Burlington showed a significant increase, with year-on-year and month-on-month increases of 4% and 5% respectively. The average price of semi-detached houses decreased by 12% year-on-year, while townhouses saw a 3% increase. The average price of Condo apartments decreased by 3% compared to the previous year.

Regarding transaction volume, there were mixed trends with various types of homes showing both ups and downs compared to the previous year.

In March, the average price of resale homes in Burlington increased by 8% year-on-year, while the transaction volume remained stable.

Breaking it down by category, the average price of detached houses in Burlington rose by 3% compared to the previous year, while semi-detached houses saw a decrease of 8%. Townhouses experienced a slight 1% increase in average price, whereas condos recorded a notable 13% year-on-year increase.

Regarding transaction volume, all categories except for condos witnessed an increase in transaction volume compared to the previous year, with condo transactions declining by 28%.

For other home types, average price for condos surged by 23% year-on-year with 11% drop in transaction volume. The transactions for semi and townhouses in Burlington were relatively insignificant.
